let it heal justin. keep your protein intake up.

if the pain continues, go to a dr. if you ripped the muscle it may need to be repaired.

i have had clients that didnt understand why they couldn't get symmetry. old injuries that were worse than they thought.

Hi, Justin! Welcome to NeuroTalk!

Having virtually no muscle tissue myself, I am at a loss as to how to help you. When I destroyed my rotator cuff in a fall, they advised me to do what you are already doing and not to try to stretch it out until my checkup and the all clear. It was painful and the doctor started it himself so I wouldn't screw it up. Good luck!
