Hi!

I just found this site by "accident" while researching the "blue light" for insomnia - looks like I may have found something good! No only do I have sleep problems, but I also have chronic pain - fibromyalgia - along with arthritis (one knee replaced 5 years ago). My body seems to be trying to slow down, but I don't want to - I'm kicking & screaming, & want to be normal!

Anyone have any suggestions, comments? I'm in hopes of getting more mobile so I can enjoy my upcoming retirement years! Thanks!
