Red face hello new here
hi, I'm Isobelle and I'm new here from another site. I suffer with many things including depression, insomnia, ptsd and anxiety. I am a survivor of childhood abuse, having tough therapy and finding life hard. I do have more good days than before, but it only takes something small to bring me down again.

looking forward to giving and receiving support here if that's ok.
