Thumbs up New life after id food sensitivities

Hello all, I spent the last ten years trying everything I could find to solve debilitating chronic fatigue, cognative slowing, mitochondrial dsyfunction, mania and depression. 12 days into a strict elimination diet, the chronic fatigue dramatically diminished. Now, a year later, my health has turned 180 degrees. I am off all meds except for asthma, and those are now "as needed". I am the healthiest I have ever been...sometimes I don't know who I am

I came across the forum looking for information on Ghee...oh for the taste of butter without the side effects...

I LOVE not eating things!

Looking forward to this as a source of "contains nothing" recipes.

Sue
