Confused hello
greetings to all members. I was excited to find this site. I am just starting a gluten, soy, dairy, egg free diet. I feel a little overwhelmed, but determined. I look foward to recieving as well as sharing information.

Hi Elyse,

Welcome! I adopted a GF diet and it has helped me with my health issues.

I look forward to sharing insights.

We have some very smart members who have a lot of knowledge about going gluten free.
