Default CFS/Leaky Gut Syndrome causing Fatigue

Hello,
Our daughter was found to have Leaky Gut Syndrome which may have predisposed her to CFS which she has had for 16 months now. She was finally treated with Xifaxan for the Leaky Gut and her post-exertion fatigue is mostly gone. She can now get up every day and go out and see friends. Before taking this drug, she was in bed for 1 year trying over 40 different meds for CFS. She is now on an anti-viral for the CFS but it is not working yet. The Xifaxan is an antibiotic specifically for the gut. It has been found that most CFS patients have Leaky Gut Syndrome which causes a lot of the dibilitating symptoms. It is a miracle drug and my daugther has her life back! She has to take the Xifaxan whenever the fatigue returns which this time was 2 1/2 months later. It is worth a try!!!
