Default Hi Joee

Welcome Joee,

Dont know what your symptoms are but Ive had "failed spinal fusion syndrom" for almost 2 years. Im crying when nobody is around and getting these feeling like Im starting to loose my mind kinda of in a panic only just inward so nobody knows. My pain Dr had been wanting me to see their psych Dr that Id been blowing off. This time she insisted. So I go just to shut her up and break down for him (not my plan) Come to find out from him that when you have chronic pain it can make you feel all these depression and anxiety stuff. Id been tuff and strong and quiet about all this and its normal to be nuts! So dont feel alone by any means. Were with you!

Liz

Hi Joee, Chronic illness does go along with depression, I spoke with my pain management doctor and we came up with a script that helps me, but ya know sometimes i do feel helpless, if you ever need to talk just yell, and welcome to the group.
