I see Darlene has already given you the link to the Celiac/Gluten Sensitivity forum.

While you're there, make sure you peruse the Gluten File. This has been put together by jccglutenfree (Cara) and is, in my opinion, the most extensive database on the condition and its neurological effects yet created:
