Default New to the site

Since July I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Lyme Disease and other countless mini disorders...

My outlook has been pretty good until lately. I just started a new job and I want to make new friends there, but I'm so afraid that these conditions will get in the way. Also, I am taking so many pills and supplements and it's getting difficult to hide them.

I always feel like I'm hiding something... I know I have nothing to be ashamed of but I already lost one job because of being sick....I don't want it to happen again.

Any advice?
