Please, please see your doctor as soon as possible. There are medications available to help you find your light again. There is no shame or disgrace in accepting medical help for this!

I do hope that you have come back for a visit to read these responses.


I know for one that I can relate to you and what you are feeling. I can tell you from first hand experience those children of yours will NOT better off with out you. Your emotions are somewhat out of whack. Please go see your PCP and let him know what you are going through.

If you think that I can be of any help and you want a new friend just PM me.
