Default HI, this is "JB" or jbrwok

Thank you for this heartfelt hello! I just stumbled upon this site looking for answers for pain that I'm experiencing. I have generalize dystonia which I have had the last 3 1/2 years. I also have been a psychiatric tech. the lat 33 years and have a BFA in animation from CALARTS. This illness has devastated my life. It has been very difficult to manage my symtoms and have had to only work part time as I'm so tired from my meds. Stress aggrivates the condition and am working right now at state hospital for criminally insane. I was hoping to change careers with my animation degree but couldn't find work in the field..but still need to pay back the $50,000. i also have been suffering with depression for 30 years and can no longer take SSRI's as it maked the symptoms worse. But, I try to remain optomistic! I also paint and use something called Mindfullness Skills meditation for pain relief.
