Hi, Jason,
I have had HSP for 13 years, still on my feet, walk with a cane. No pain at all, unless I fall. I walk and my feet, they go there own way, I know how to walk, but they hit each other as I walk and I cannot control that. Going upstairs feels good, but going downstairs, is a nightmare, my feet turn under so movement is hurried without trying. I do not want to be in a wheel chair, I pray and pray for relief. I want my legs back.
I am new here.
Stay well.
