Default Hello all

Hi there, I'm brand new here. I have peripheral parasthesia, I think that's the right term. Pins and needles in hands and feet and weakness in my hands. This is from the anti biotics I was taking over a 3 month period. Apparently it's one of the side effects and is well documented, I can't believe that Dr's can prescribe this still. I was diagnosed only a few days ago. So far I have gone from tingling to weakness. I am told that long term, that most people make a full recovery - so that's great news. I have also been told to keep an eye on my nutrition and go for less gym workouts. I currently am a bit of a fitness freak, so I will be backing off a little and following Dr's orders.

I'm 30, currently living in Dubai, but due to move out to the Caribbean at the end of March. Which will be great. oooh typing with weak hands is quite hard.

Ok, so just thought I'd introduce myself. Good to meet you all. I'm looking forward to talking with some people here on this site.

Thanks for your time

Hayley
