Hi, I am new to this site.

I am 53, diagnosed with MS 2 years ago. I am currently on Tysabri after experiencing multiple relapses on Copaxone. I declined Avonex because of the side-effects. I've had 11 Tysabri infusions and I'm doing pretty well, no relapses since I started on it.

I am a nurse but I have been in management for years. Right now I work as a career coach and management consultant. I have four grown children and one grandson.

Welcome to Neurotalk. We have a very supportive (and funny!) MS Community here at Multiple Sclerosis

There is also a Tysabri Checkin Thread that I hope you find informative and will post on!

Since you are a bookworm, which I am assuming by your user name, we have a thread going in Social Chat The Library and Box Office that you might also find interesting.

There are lots of things to search out here and information to be found!

So great to have you here...lots of great people hanging out. I like your avatar...me and mine have a library of our own. We started buying books when we married and then we got carried away. My honey was dianosed with MS in 1986. Good information provided by those before me!!
