Hi Connie. Welcome to Neurotalk. Another military spouse here...my husband is a retired Naval Aviator so I am also very familiar with the mitliary health care system. It really isn't as bad as you think! In fact, I am finding it very easy to deal with...I've been dx'd with MS since Jan/Feb of 2001.

Take a deep breath and take a look around. Lots of resources here and lots of people to help you manuever around!
