Hello Old Friends, New Friends, Community Members and Internet Viewers:
Since my joining here in "Shhhhhhhhhhhh...." 11/2006," I have viewed many recognizable Usernames. Hope everyone accepts my apology for just lurking in the mist. Yes, I go back to "___________" in the summer of 2003. Much has changed since then except for the FACT that I'm still fighting the uphill battle for those of us still alive with what is now considered an, "Acquired Iatrogenic (Error In Treatment) Toxic Demyelinating Neuromuscular Disorder/Disease of the Central Nervous System." Yes friends, my research has taken the search engines from 1,500 links in 2003 to over 100,000 in 2006 back down to clean and back up again. My own personal status remains Retired on both SSDI and LTD. Some of you may remember as I made my waves through Washington DC. from Senate Offices to World Conferences. I've had European companies contact me for one reason or another. Many of my piers were not aware that Dr. Hugo Moser, MD at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD had been my silent mentor as he truly was there for me with his knowledge and directions which were right on target all the way up to even today. Most will remember Dr. Moser from the movie from the 90's called "Lorenzo's Oil," as he was portrayed by Peter Ustinov. Some of you right here at NeuroTalk know me pretty well. The truth of the matter is that I'm hoping to call N/T home. My own health has regressed somewhat and I myself will be in a major battle soon which just may have much to do with the outcome to how the "World Medical Organizations," re-act to the REAL Scenario to Central Pontine Myelinolysis. Now that I finally said hello to everyone, please if you remember me or not, take a minute and say hello. G-d Bless... Franky (Now Four Year Old Boston Terrier Neuro Service Companion and Current Study) and Breeze (That's Me)

Your kind welcomes are all much appreciated. Many of us continue to keep the positive attitude thats needed when confronted with these chronic illnesses. As my Father use to say, "Nothing good in life comes easy." I must say the initial direction I see in the short period I've put in this Forum is truly a very warm friendly and respected atmosphere. In time I look forward to make many friends again as I did in previous Forums. Looking forward to get back to posting again. Those demyelinated nerves of mine "Just ain't what they use to be." G-d Bless....
