Default Hi.

Just a short history then I have to leave for work. I had a tick removed about 5 yrs. ago from my shoulder. Had the rash. Then nerve pain. One mth. abx. Have had various other symptoms but most recently blurry vision and eye pain that comes and goes, as well as a "shakey" feeling that makes me tired. Not necessarily shaking outside just a "feeling" that I can't explain.
The eye doctor said my eyes are fine, no glaucoma but to get checked for MS. I haven't even asked my primary doctor for a Lyme test. I feel foolish waiting so long. My gait is a little off too but I think I can trace that back to my late teens.

I'll check in again tomorrow. Nice to meet everyone...:

Hi flutterbug40! Welcome to NeuroTalk! I've posted the link to the Lyme Forum - maybe you can get some additional information from that forum. There is an MS forum, too, that might be helpful to you. I'll post that link below the Lyme forum link. Good luck!

Smile Hiya, Flutterbug...

It's really nice to see ya! Welcome to NeuroTalk. If I were you, I'd forget all about being embarrassed to ask for that lyme test after so long, and just go ahead and get it done. Being shy in the field of medicine doesn't usually get you anywhere. I speak from a lot of experience. In the meantime, I hope you do come back. I hope you like it here and decide to visit on a regular schedule. Good luck and best wishes to you!
