Default hi...

Hi everyone,

I'm new here. I guess I'm not really sure to post. I've recently been diagnosed with ADD, Dysthmia and Generalized Anxiety after thinking I had "only" depression over the last 15 years or so.

I'm a recently divorced single mother and am struggling to make it on my own. I suppose this doesn't help any of the above very much. My son and I are getting by, but I can't say it's very easy.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi. I hope to feel comfortable posting here.

Thanks

I am pretty new too, and find that folks here sound as if they wish they could reach and help you from where-ever they are. This is the place, I hear. . . .

Question Welcome to NT...

I was just wondering... what does muttontastic mean?

Is this from some cartoon, or TV show? Are you British?

There are some nutritional interventions that can deal with anxiety and
ADD. We have that in this house, and have taken care of it without drugs.

If you are interested, please post at the Vitamin forum.
