Hi and welcome to NeuroTalk!!

I'm sorry for all the problems you're having with your back. I've tried to understand the terminology in my MRI, too, and just can't. I have to trust my Neuro to explain it to me in terms I can understand!!

Like Koala said, there are wonderful people on the Spinal Disorders forum and hopefully they will be able to help you. You're welcome on all the forums, too, and I hope you find the answers and support you're seeking.

Glad to have you here!
