Hi, Lvnlife! Welcome to NeuroTalk!

Methinks your best bet is to speak directly with your doc & surgeon, no one knows your case better than them.

Do follow the link provided by Koala, and we'll see you out there.

Hello lvnlife and Welcome to NeuroTalk. I have to agree w/Cindy. You are going in for surgery and your Dr needs to take the time to explain "everything" to you in terms you can understand. The Dr's are "working " for you.

I make sure I have a list of questions when I have an appt and I don't let them out of the office until I'm satisfied I know what they said and meant..

Hope you can get some answers and look forward to hearing more from you.

Good luck on your surgery and please let us know how things are going.
