Exclamation too much testing... not really helpful

Hello,
I was in a car wreck in March. I had too much testing too early. I looked up when a test for cognition should be given and how. What I found was that the early tests are not that helpful and may only find preexisting conditions. And, I found out that going back and retaking the test would not help me return to work. I found a way to return to work and satisfy legal aspects. Is anybody else out there sick of testing, neuro, speech and other? I found that speech therapy testing was a negative. I did not recieve any benefit. I was not shown how I might increase
memory, other than for them to say do puzzles, help me increase attention ect. I am really sick of the whole thing I had to deal with.
Thanks for listening
