Default Possible problem with general practitioner

Hi.

not sure how to proceed with this so advice would be welcome. I have been to my GP so many times and don't seem to be getting anywhere. My symptoms are generally put down to stress or anxiety (yes I have both) but they are now there virtually all the time, which does not make sense. Although I am worried, I seem to be somewhat blase in my response, probably a coping mechanism:

persistent one-sided tinnitus, day and night (hearing tested normal, although I did have a very severe infection 3 years ago following repeated itching and heat on left ear over months, which resulted in severe pain and very poor balance for a week and tinnitus started after this)
right-sided facial numbness and wriggling sensation on right side head, but no loss of pain response.
sensitive scalp, right side. Tender to touch.
now having same sensation over full jaw area
extreme blurred and double vision right eye (eye test within expected for age)
sensation of facial drooping but no physical evidence of this being so
fast short pricking behind right eye on occasion
sense of imbalance in walking
significant thought processing difficulties - getting thoughts structured and then down in writing or spoken word is proving very difficult. This is causing major problems in my work environment and team leading.
Hearing clearly and understanding what people are saying, but not able to utilise it/process it.

I am spending a fortune on face massages, sound/light treatment, alternative meds, and am now considering going to a private doctor, which I can ill-afford. My work colleagues are noticing some of the impact of these things and I am very concerned about my work security.

Any advice would be much valued.

Thanks
