Default Hey Y'all

Guess I've just started on my RSD / CRSD I journey. Nasty wrist fracture followed by surgery and therapy amounted to zero recovery.... After getting a second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon, I was diagnosed with RSD (Really Sh!++& Diagnosis) . I am trying to get this thing in some sort of remission so I can recover the use of my wrist and fingers before atrophy completely sets in....

Scary and difficult to explain to friends, family and children (even myself) I am hungry to learn all I can about this yucky condition while trying hard to find humor and wisdom from this "condition." I am looking forward to following others that are traveling the road with me... I need wisdom, hope AND a smile.
