Frown ann

I've had myofascial pain syndrome since the mid- l980's I've not seen anyone else discribe same symtoms. For about 3 days, every 4-5 mths, I have a neurological pain that intermittantly hits my crazy bone and goes down into my fingers every 10 ish seconds. Once it starts, nothing relieves it short of injection of muscle relaxer and pain killer in Emergency Rm. Can anyone help with a remedy or help me understand just what it is if it's not MFS.?

Hello Ann and welcome to NeuroTalk.

I'm sorry to hear about the terrible pain you've been having. I too suffer from nerve pain and I know how debilitating it can be.

Here's a direct link to our Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Forum, where hopefully you'll get some advice about the symptoms you've been experiencing: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum24.html
