When I made my first post on an internet support site, I felt a little lost and a little silly, too. I'd already been ill for over a year, and seen a dozen doctors and specialists. But I didn't realize until I tried how much I needed to talk to people who would understand what my life is like now. There have seriously been days when coming to this site have changed my whole day or night, and maybe more than that. I hope you do come back and introduce yourself to us, and maybe tell us more about you and your life. I really don't think you'd regret it. Good luck and best wishes to you, Judie...
