I hear ya!

Once you change your profile, you can just go to the upper left corner area and click on UserCP. Such a helpful feature.

I am certain that some tech-savvy person will come along in just a minute to explain how.

Welcome to NeuroTalk prettynpinkk!

If you have a specific forums that you post on or read - just bookmark those {or make it a favorite}, that's a very easy way to find and keep track of your favorite places.

Then in your UserCP {forum user control panel} if you click on edit options
you can adjust settings
like-
Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

**
Thread Display Mode
Here you can choose the display mode for threads. For a full explanation of the modes
[ I have mine set for
Linear - Newest First ==then when you click on a thread the newset posts with be shown on top and older ones display down below - saves much scrolling
**

be sure to click "save changes" at the bottom of the UserCP page when done
