Post Let me introduce

My name is James, I am an ex-Army medic, with PTSD, and am still struggling with it on a daily basis, as well as some physical challenges. In one week, I am having several vertebrae fused together, and having disks removed due to a service related injury. Ask about it if you like. I did some things I am not proud of, but should be a life lesson to every body else

Hi there James, and welcome to Neurotalk from me as well.

I'm sorry to read about the problems that you've had, and I see that you already have directions to our PTSSD Forum, but here's the link to our Spinal Conditions Forum as well. I'm thinking that you might find that one beneficial considering your recent spinal problems. : http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum22.html
