Post Let me introduce

My name is James, I am an ex-Army medic, with PTSD, and am still struggling with it on a daily basis, as well as some physical challenges. In one week, I am having several vertebrae fused together, and having disks removed due to a service related injury. Ask about it if you like. I did some things I am not proud of, but should be a life lesson to every body else
