Default Hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction
Just wandered in here. Have a young family member with problems stemming from the hypothalamic-pituitary axis of an idiopathic nature (unknown cause). That means sleep problems. Hormone problems. Immune problems. Has inflammatory problems and this diet is extremely important, as well as numerous food supplements.

Hoping to learn.

Welcome, Jaspar and family. I was actually about to introduce myself on this forum, but your thread title shocked me -- I'm here for the SAME reasons [in myself]! I'm fascinated to meet someone else with similar concerns.

I will attempt to expedite my revelant information into a good forum format, but it could be a few hours or days.

WOW!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE FIRST we have encountered, and we have looked for YEARS on various boards! OMG! We have lots of questions for you! Even about fixing thyroid levels.... it has been an unbelievable saga extending over many years.
