hello woody and janice and welcome to neuro talk .... i can so relate to your situation as i am ADHD and Bi-polar also ... it is a daily challenge for me to stay focused on the single task at hand rather than the 50 million tasks i feel i should be doing ... there are lots of friendly and supportive people here ... if you have any questions please feel free to private message me ... i would be happy to help ... and again ...
to pm .... click on the person's screen name ... click on contact info tab .... click on private message ... and then follow directions....
