Unhappy New Member, rear ended, cervical spine

Hello everyone.
I was recently rear ended and MRI shows 2 C disc protrusions. I am here looking for answers. I'm scared for my health. I like to exercise and run and am afraid this is the beginning of a lifetime of pain and suffering so that is why I am here.

welcome Rayanne,

I am sorry to hear about your injury. The body has an amazing capacity to heal so don't give up hope. With the right exercises and avoiding aggravating activities you can make good progress. Have they recommended PT at some point when the time is right to help you learn what is best for optimizing recovery? If not it is worth asking about.

Sending Healing Love, Littlepaw

Thank you. I just started seeing the Dr. I had my first visit and they did hydrotherapy, and massage... He just showed me the MRI results but I'm unclear how bad it is.
