Hi petula,
What was the original injury or cause of the trigger points that you needed the botox for?

We have quite a few thoracic outlet syndrome {TOS} members that get a variety of injections for pain/TrPs.

some also have or had frozen shoulder before so you may find more info on the TOS forum - here-
