Hi everyone,
After 4 back surgeries at L5/S1, I still have a very painful and numb foot and other areas which only until recently I have somewhat found some relief from the pain with the use of medicines. I heard about you all from another site and since I keep searching for something that will help me heal I decided to join and do a lot of reading to see if anyone has my same issues. My foot has run my life for 2 years and I would love to be among the living once again. If anyone has helpful suggestions please let me know. Thanks julie |

![]() Hi Julie, welcome to NeuroTalk. ![]() I have numbness that's due to MS, so I'm afraid I can't help you there. Try doing a search, if you haven't already, on numbness after surgery. Again, welcome to NT. ![]()

Achey, I would love to take you up on that but if I give you my foot then I need something in return. I really don't know what size shoe you wear so we would have to make sure they were the same size or it would look funny huh? So glad to see you here too. Be kind to yourself and let go of unneeded crap in your life. Love you sis,
julie |
