Default New Here

Hi everyone. I am new here, but not new to spine issues, the pain, and all other issues that follow with spine issues. I am going to try to learn how to navigate around here, get a feel for this place, then I may feel more free to share more.

welcome

if you mean keywords to do your own searchthen go to the top of the page and three buttons in from the left you will see SEARCH
click that and enter your search terms

if you mean keywords that will help the search engines pick up your posts then use the TAGS field at the bottom left when you are typing your post

hope that helps
