Default Pain, depression, wc hell

I am glad I found this site and no I am not alone . Since I am going through wc, sdi, long term disability hell I can give you some great advice. Have won my WC case now 6 times to include an unfair business practices and j petition and now in mediation on the second unfair business practices claim. I just want a Judge to enforce the previous rulings and state laws. Every few months WC terminates my benefits and has never paid lost wages on time, they refuse to approve care in a timely fashion and continually change medical providers so I cant get supplies. My private insurance carrier is now denying care because the WC Insurer has failed to repay. I just want a few hours without pain, then I will work for a day and so on. Now my doctors are revolting because the carrier will not approve care in a timely fashion. We have been trying to get therapy approved since Sept and a second opinion for the next hand surgery since October. I continually try to find work, jobs I can do on paper I cant do physically. I sustained back injuries and hand injuries; the pain in my back seems to collect deep in my thighs and run down my legs. I am looking at surgeries 6/7 on both hands. I cant take pain/muscle medications due to IBS. The only thing that helps is the tens, pariffin baths, inversion therapy and accupuncture for short periods. My therapist, I call him Dr. Terrorist said I have accute clinical depression due to long term pain. I am now going to Corner Stone and I must say it helps just to talk to someone who is really listening. People get tired of hearing how bad you hurt even the folks at church. I live in the middle of no where AZ so care is at least an hour+ away (one way) and when it snows you may not make it at all due to accidents. The only thing I found I can take that seems to help is Sea Aloe and it is just to expensive when you cant make your next mortgage. Well thats all the crying I will do just now because many of you have just as much or more to deal with than I do. Look forward to getting to know you and lend support if I can.

My therapist, I call him Dr. Terrorist said I have accute clinical depression due to long term pain.

No kidding!!!!!

I wonder what your doctor would do if he lived in your body for one hour.

You need a hug. Can't do much else but I can give you a cyber hug.

Since you can't go down any further, let's hope that 09 bring you better relief than 08 did.

I really am praying for you.

Melody
