Default Hi- I'm a newbie with neck pain!

Hello Everyone,

I'm glo from Mass., and I have chronic neck pain with shoulder, shoulder blade, middle back, arm, & hand involvement. I have come here for information, support, sharing, giving support, and some laughter. I have had 5 ESI's, 1 medial branch block, and 1 rhizotomy/denervation over the last 4 years. I am now in a chronic pain mgt. program. I look forward to chatting with you.

Hello,
reading your first sentence made me think of thoracic outlet syndrome. {TOS}
what kind of work do you do?
desk? repetitive?
what fingers or part of the hand is involved?
any whiplash or head/ shoulder falls, sports injury??
how is your head & shoulder postures?
head forward, shoulders hunched or rolled forward?
uneven shoulders?

If any of this might fit come on over to our TOS forum-
