Default my rsd

my name is rich i have had rsd for 15+ years it is in both arms and radiates into my chest and back. i started as most with meds then blocks on to morphine pump the best pain control i got was with scs by medtronics, after complications they had be removed and were no longer able to be used for me. the latest pain control that works really well for me (not fda approved) Deep Brain Stimulator i had had 1 for 8 years until a wire broke on my skull. last week i went and had a bi-lateral dbs installed it took 7.5 hours for which your awake most of it happy to report it is working well just have to wait a litle while to turn it up. has anybody else had this ?

Hi Rich, and welcome to NeuroTalk! I think you will find this to be a great place to make friends and find information. Take a look around at the different forums. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to point you in the right direction.

I'm glad the surgery you had is helping, and I wish you all the best.
