![]() TN can wreak havoc to your daily life. No matter what you need to be doing you have to give in to TN and take care of yourself till you get through that episode. Yes, our partners can't see inside of us and can't read our minds. We may expect them to know what we're going through, but they don't. I posted the other day and said "use love for glue" if you have stress cracks in your relationship. ![]() ![]() ![]() I also suggested we needed a thread for our partners. I'm sure they're confused about us and what they should do or should not do. I've also found writing a list of things to do will prevent a lot of misunderstandings and get more things accomplished. Being incapacited for whatever reason is scary for us. No instructions for it. Each situation is uniquely demanding. Use your past experiences to plan for the next time out. Communication is an acquired skill. It takes practice to keep harmony. It is a learning curve for us to endure, and our partners. ![]() |
