Hi, and Welcome to NT.

I'm sorry you're suffering with rsd. Seems to be some pretty bad stuff to deal with.

I've worked through my injuries, knowing now that I've caused myself more pain and frustration than had I not worked. But had I not worked I couldn't have paid for what my family needed, equally as painful. There's just no good balance for bad health. You being a nurse, I know you're working hard. I'm self employed and it made the difference for me being able to earn money or not earn money. I can't imagine having to work on demand. I don't think I could have kept any public job. So you're doing good to remain working. I know you're suffering because of it. Work is good therapy too.

Those strange sensations are overwhelming. I hope you get relief soon.
