Default new memeber

I am a 37yr mother of 2 and a full time nurse. I have had two surgeries one for arterial thoracic outlet syndrome decompression and the second to remove scar tissue. I now am having pain in my arm w/ loss of sensation in my neck and I am starting to drop things again. I have to sleep w/ my arm on a pillow. I wanted to know is this forever.
