Default Hi new here
I am new here, I have had back neck pain for 7 plus years and ended up in the ER last night with loss of feeling inmy hands and lower arms. Hoping to find some help and support. Thanks!

Hi Piper...welcome to NT. Neck and back pain is something I 'get'. Sorry you have to deal with it too. There is a lot of good information here and lots of good folks who deal with the same kind of thing. I hope you find the support you need. If I can help, please let me know.
