Welcome Bless your heart. I had botox injections into my scalenes (neck) and my right eye twitched. The doc seem to indicate they were related by saying "You're not wired up that way" but Googling botox and scalenes later, I found that one of the side effects was droopy eyelids. So we are connected that way and doing something one place can cause something in another. The strange anomalies are the hardest for doctors. It's not in their books so to say. I would suggest maybe reflexology, PT. My physical therapist would work on my head and it would release thing that were going on at other parts of my head, and some of that wasn't in her book either. It may take some time. I pray you find relief.
