Default Anyone have feeling of a string tight around neck??

My dad has a new symptom..a feeling of a string pulled around the front midsection of his neck. I can even see a line in his skin at the place he is a bit uncomfortable with. Is anyone else experiencing this? I sometimes have a feeling of having a tight hat on (like a band around my head) when not wearing one/ my brother and another friend experience this one. Aunt Bean
