This appears to be a very good source of information and advice on the application and appeal processes for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) written by a guy who used to be an SSDI claims examiner. The questions are good ones and the answers clear--well, as clear as governmental procedures allow. You may need to apply someday. There are things you can do to be prepared or at least not be taken unawares by forms and information you may need. Knowledge is power. |
