Paula, Peg, Carey, Jean, I'm constantly thankful for you guys who have been such steadfast activists and advocates for those of us PWP who may have some science smarts,(or not!) but don't have the passionate, sacrificial spirit to jump into the fray like y'all do. Lindy, you are cut out of the same cloth, with your push in the UK to call the attention of your politicians to the Merck shenanigans.
Thank you all! Robert |

What a kind, thoughtful thing to say. However, you must know that all of my advocacy is not all sacrificial - I selfishly want to preserve myself against the odds of this disease. Time is quickly passing by and although in living with PD the past 16 years I have seen lots of well intentioned steps toward the cure, alas; there have been no leaps. The weather is dreary today, and so is my mood. But I won't give up . . . yet. So keep those accolades coming! lol Peggy |
