Describe something that makes your life with Parkinson's easier, and we will guess what it is. Your description does not have to be in any particular form, such as poetry, but that is okay as well. Here is mine:
There they lie, requiring no aluminum foil Even after 3 or more years they will not spoil. snuggled up tgether they're patiently waiting. They lie silently, humbly, with no debating. One does not say to the other, "It's my turn next." Nor does he push and shove to make another vexed. When called upon to serve, one is ready on deck, with its slender body and crooked little neck. It serves me well, this helpful little friend of mine, and delivers the goods each and every time. Whether called upon for soups or for nectars sweet, and whether hot or cold my tastebuds they will treat. And then without so much as a, "Thank you," from me, I throw it away, for it was practically free. What am I? michael b. |
