Hii Jean,
I am a very new newbie and worse, I am stupid, but I don't understand your post. Possibly in my "newbiness" I have missed the whole wobbly williams story, though I did try to read the blog but it was too long for my attention. Would you elaborate on this one.

Tulip Girl,

YOU are not stupid! I WAS STUPID for posting that with no explanation. My apologies to all.

At the World Parkinson Congress in Glasgow, Sept 28-Oct 1, we met an amazing advocate from Scotland named Bryn Williams. He gave a speech at the opening ceremonies. He's also the founder of a group called "Wobbly Williams" that raises money for research, and runs races: "the try-atheletes." This post was to share the blog from his website because in it he wrote about Dr. Stephen Gill and GDNF.

Again I regret that my original post was so cryptic! I hope this explanation helps.

TG,

Bryn and his group "Wobbly Williams" had a banquet on one of the evenings of the WPC in Glasgow. This post was to show folks photos from that amazing and outrageous banquet.

Again, only I was stupid, no one else! I should have given more details.

Hi Jean,
No need for apologies. I just thought I had missed something and I have an inquiring mind along with an irreverent humor - bad combination . I went back to the blog and burst out laughing at wobbly william's shoe story - the one where he goes to his office and all he has packed is 2 left shoes and a pair of grunch sneakers. Reminded me of the time I went to work in 2 different white clogs and had no option but to wear them all day.
If wobbly william is as funny as he writes, no wonder you enjoyed the programme.

Cheers
