Default Better bioavailability

Dr. Barry Sears of Zone Diet fame, in his book, "The Omega Rx Zone," cites anecdotes of high dose fish oil alleviating PD. He says you need at least 10 g per day. The easiest way to get that is with Euromega-3 which is 50 times more adsorbable than ordinary fish oil.

Similarly, Longvida RD is 65 times better adsorbed than regular curcumin and passes the BBB. I have started on both as part of my own trials.
