Default Exercise in Alzheimer

http://www.dementiatoday.net/article...imers-disease/

So exercise also helps in Alzheimer. Maybe it would be interesting to measure which proteins and products/molecules get released into the brain during exercise. If we would know this, then we could focus how to insert higher doses of these proteins/molecules into the brain artificially. I wonder whether nanotechnology can't help to insert the brain full of harmless sensors that gather information of the brain's state. This would be valuable information. But I have no idea of the current state of art in nanotech. Maybe what I want is still too much of science fiction at the moment.
