Sorry for judging your humorous poem. It was not directed to me and I had no right to make rude remarks about it. I hope you will forgive my tendency to defend anyone who posts on this forum. I was wrong.

Dear Dianna,
You have every right to make rude remarks about what I write!

There are quite a number of people on the site who have at various times deplored something I say, and THIS is the site where I am the most restrained. There are other sites where I have written much crazier stuff. At one point the moderators warned me that they were getting numerous complaints about me. But my life has always been like that.

I admire that you say you were wrong - hardly anybody anywhere says that. But you were not wrong; you were reacting to what I wrote, and you thought I was attacking Conductor 71, and you came to her emotional rescue, which is admirable.

I like attacking Conductor 71.

The reference to "Just ask Alice" is not a poem that I wrote; it is a Jefferson Airplane song, but mostly it is a meme. Paula W., deceased, and others in the AMGEN fight long ago, used to say "Here we go again, down the rabbit hole" when the fight became surreal, and we would say the Parkinson's world is like the world of Alice in Wonderland. One pill makes you smaller; the other pill makes you taller, just ask Alice (in Wonderland)... when she's 10 feet tall

Have a good day, Dianna, and keep on being who you are and reacting the way you react and defending those who you think need to be defended.
Keep your fire burning.

I love this forum and the people who come here........ your exchange is the reason why....... generosity, passion, science and memes all rolled together.

And a lovely reminder of Paula, too.

Watch out for alice....

Good friends offer advice and words of wisdom.

Real friends come over unannounced with vodka, chocolate, glitter, duct tape, cat suits, explosives and a plan!
